2月24日，科技部党组书记、副部长王志刚一行考察江苏技术产权交易市场，史太白中国应邀参加。史太白公共事务和政策研究高级经理陈由邦（左一）向王志刚副部长（左三）介绍了史太白技术转移模式，汇报了中科史太白成立近一年来的工作和成绩，并重点介绍了“中国企业科技创新计划”。王副部长高度赞赏史太白技术转移模式，积极肯定中科史太白的工作。王副部长嘱咐陈由邦一定要把技术转移和教育培训工作做扎实，成功之后还应该把经验推向全国，多培养中国双创人才，努力实现史太白技术转移模式本土化。
