陈希常务副部长高兴地对陈由邦说：“好呀！你们的工作很有意义！中国制造2025对接德国工业4.0是大事，苗圩部长是中国制造2025的大领导，以后有什么事找他”。苗圩部长高兴地与陈由邦握手，赞许史太白的技术转移与合作模式，对史太白在中国业务的进展表示首肯，希望史太白中国再接再厉，把工作做实做好。
