| 工作职责： | 1. Be responsible for market research, seek the potential profitable project, make the preliminary analysis and feasibility, and provide assessment report; 2. Analyzing the project, understanding the project’s technical requirements, and communicate with German headquarters in detailed; 3. Setting up a project strategy, making a milestone for managing project 4. Studying and combining SIBE MBA courses to run technology transfer project, responsible for technology transfer projects of the whole process management and control; 5. Responsible for the market promotion of technology transfer; undertake technology transfer channel construction and customer relationship maintenance 6. Construct platform for international technology transfer services, bear the responsibility for the promotion of platform in China |
| 任职要求： | 1. A strong sense of starting own business or establishing companies in China; 2. Master degree or above, and major in mechanical, electrical, automation related, heat treatment related; 3. Good command of writing, project planning and promoting, service scheme design ability; 4. Have team management ability independently, strong leadership, good at self-management, self-motivated, full of passion, dedicated, strong entrepreneurship; 5. Good sense of business and finance, good understanding of cost and profit analysis 6. Good communication & cooperation skills, compressive ability strong; 7. Familiar with office software, e.g. PPT; and have presentation experience; 8. Fluent in English, good at German preferred; 9. Adjust to short-term travel |
